I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact us right away. We will accept returns of unused items within 2 weeks of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for returning items in the original condition as well as return shipping costs.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal or Etsy Direct Payments. Payments must be received within 48 hours of purchase or order will be canceled.
Please note that Florida residents will be charged 6% sales tax at the time of purchase on the total amount of the purchase including shipping.
Shipping
We ship using USPS. We will provide you with a tracking number once your package ships.
If you prefer another shipping method, please contact me before ordering and I will do what I can to accommodate you.
All Items will be shipped out within 1-3 days (weekdays). Items will NOT be shipped until payment is received. All items are carefully packaged for a safe and sound shipment.
